Since dodho.com offers participation rates in photography contests we DO NOT issue refunds once the order is accomplished and the registry is accepted. As a customer, you are responsible for understanding this when participating in our calls. Unfortunately, due to the immediate registry, all payments are final and nonrefundable.

However, we realize that exceptional circumstance can take place with regard to the character of the registry in our calls. Therefore, we DO honor requests for the refund for the following reasons:

Registration error: Although we review all registrations, it may happen that you have wrongly selected the product or have duplicated the registration, in this case it is important that you contact us within 3 days of registration to request a cancellation or partial refund of payment.

Upload issues: it may happen so that you are having problems while uploading the images or files. Claims regarding such issues must be submitted within 3 days. If you do not properly contact us during this period, you agree that we may construe silence as a successful registry with no further right of redress or refund for a “Upload issues” reason.

Requests for a refund are accepted at [email protected] within the period of 3 days after the registry is placed. You should accompany this request with detailed and grounded reasons why you are applying for a refund. Please make sure your request does not contradict our Terms of Use/Privacy Policy.
