The Omo valley of Ethiopia is home to approximately forty tribes, living in climatic, social and political margins. I aspire to capture these people as they are, in a state of transition as outside influences increasingly make an impact on their indigenous culture.
Too much but most of the time the following! Nikon D810, Nikon D750, AFS Nikkor 70-200 1:2.8GII ED, AFS Nikkor 24-70mm f2.8G ED, AFS Nikkor 50mm f1.4G Serial, AFS Nikkor 14-24mm f2.8G ED, AFS Nikkor 85mm f1.4G.
To capture people and landscapes and the interactions between them in the light of a world in transition is to encapsulate an inimitable moment, which will never again materialise. My own 'take' as a geographer photographer!
