CRISSIAL | 2nd PLACE

CURVANDO EL TIEMPO | crissial.com

Crissial is a conscious artist, sociologist and photography teacher specialising in macro photography and artistic nudes, especially self-portraits, with a unique approach that invites viewers to connect emotionally and free themselves from the masks of everyday life. Her style, with analogue-finishes style and textured effects, evokes a timeless feel and highlights emotions.
Recently she is exploring hybrid and textured photography, both digitally and physically with paintings and embroidery, creating unique and captivating works.Through her self-portraits, she invites the public to explore their own essence and embrace their true identity, provoking a deep reflection on emotions and relationship with the world around them. Crissial’s art celebrates human beauty and vulnerability, provoking an awakening in those who contemplate it.

She has participated in many solo and group exhibitions nationally and internationally, (notably New York, Venice, Lisbon, Miami, Zurich…) and art fairs (such as Estampa 2022, Artist 360 2022, Hybrid Art Fair 2023/2024…). She has been interviewed (radio, TV) and published in several national and international books and magazines. HARDIJANTO BUDIMAN | HONORABLE MENTION

RED SOUL | 1x.com/hardibudi

His name is Hardijanto Budiman, also known as Hardibudi. He was born and raised in Jakarta, Indonesia. Currently, he lives in BSD City, approximately 40 kilometers west of Jakarta. He adores his neighborhood for its quietness and peaceful atmosphere, which he finds perfect for inspiring his creativity and generating ideas.

Hardijanto is a self-taught photographer who developed an interest in photography in the early 2000s. Art has always been an overflowing part of his life. Since he was a boy, he has had a deep passion for drawing and painting, finding in art the freedom to create anything he desires, whether it be fantasy or reality. He is particularly fond of Surrealism, which significantly influences many of his works. His ideas and inspirations flow effortlessly, much like water in a river. For Hardijanto, photography is the ideal medium to express his artistic passion. His works represent the journey of his life, encompassing the expression of imagination, emotion, and his life experiences. In addition to photography, he also has a love for poetry. This is evident on his Instagram, where each photo he posts is accompanied by a poem, using this medium to convey his messages. Hardijanto draws inspiration from many amazing artists, most of whom are not photographers. These include Salvador Dali, Rene Magritte, Andy Warhol, and Yayoi Kusama. However, he also admires photographers like Fan Ho, Sebastiao Salgado, Noelle Oszvald, and Evelyn Bencicova.

RAMONA ZORDINI | HONORABLE MENTION

GUIDELINE ROUTINE 35 | ramonazordini.com

Ramona Zordini is a photographer/visual artist living in Brescia. Her photography is delicate and dreamlike, at times brazen and pressing. Her works have been exhibited in spaces such as the S.Giulia Museum in Brescia, the Eremitani Museum in Padua, the MACS Museum in Catania, and many others. Her project has been published in magazines such as Hi Fructose Magazine, Uno Kudo, ZOOM Magazine, and others. She has also lent her work to book covers and film posters. She won the Julia Margaret Cameron 2024 Alternative Process Award and received an honorable mention in the Portrait category at the Chromatic Awards 2024.

Her artistic research was born from the photographic medium, immediately imposing the need to eliminate the spatial and mental delimitations of square and two-dimensional photographic works. She works mainly on the concept of change and psycho-physical transformation, attracted more by becoming marked and modified by time than by the completed process. Often an actress in her own work, she uses art to explore her own closed boxes and uncover them. In recent years, trying to overcome spatial boundaries, she has combined body photography with sewing, engraving, drawing, and other techniques.
