Minerva has been my family’s small business like forever, starting from my great grandfather. The way it looks right now it’s how my parents restored it, actually my father, and they both made a living out of it for the last 22 years. The family house is behind the bar, always linked to the bar, the family is always present if anything happens there. In the past, my parents used to work in the bar themselves, nowadays from the family only my uncle and my aunt work there. Everyday the bar has the same clients from the neighborhood, which are quite different between them. This is the story of the bar with the people who populate it, who keep it still open and alive.
